It must be very important in health built of an individual because it is what produces thyroid hormone which is responsible for regulating the body temperature, metabolism and of course your heart rate. To cheaply supervise this concern, salt is naturally made with a few amount of iodine but then there are two sides of the news and that is both the good and the bad. The bad news about consuming larger amount of salt more than what your body requires is that it you are opening a path where you are putting yourself in danger of heart disease and stroke because it is said that it can be the result gotten from the sudden increase in your blood pressure from so much intake of salt.

On contrary, none of the researchers have successfully justified this statement but the mere fact that it is better to just play safe than to be sorry makes it enough for you to know that all things have their own limits. To warn you even more, what happens to a person deficient causes the same thing to those who are excessive with iodine.

Getting a very large dose of what the body requires causes thyroid gland inflammation and thyroid cancer. What is worse is that there are also side effects that you might not handle to think it burns your mouth, throat and stomach just imagine fever alone is already bumming what more stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that you have deal with on a daily basis.
