So toss out the notion that your office has to look as staid as a judge, along with furniture that doesn't provide room for personalization. Be sure to update your workplace policies along with the latter.

A well-lit space is one that makes use of as much natural light as possible. Of course, you can't go wrong by investing in furniture that will support the said objective.
